Now that you mention they were recruits, “Fuck Martinez” sounds a lot like a military cadence / jogging song.

Something else I had no idea about, re: the Air Force connection–probably because Luther “Just Luke, Please Don’t Sue Me George Lucas” Campbell was the one who got all the attention.
I guess it wasn’t something that either they, or the Air Force wanted to be public knowledge. Someone must know more though.
