Iâve posited my 3 (actually 5) stage propaganda model before.
Iâve come to the conclusion that Russia has stepped over into Stage 4: Orwellian. Not only are they saying things which anyone with the slightest effort could confirm are ridiculous lies, but they are doing so with the full expectation that they be believed⊠and people are.
Putinâs Russia is now, effectively, just like North Korea.
