Of course Lula has already completely disqualified himself in the eyes of the Ukrainian government.
Right-wingers the world over are all about projection.
The world of football has its myths and legends. A famous Brazilian anecdote tells the story of the match against the former Soviet Union during the 1958 World Cup.
The coach of the Brazilian soccer team, Mr. Vicente Feola, decided to use the most modern game techniques to explain, in a complicated way, how players should create very specific situations and plays in order to beat the Soviets.
Mané Garrincha, one of the most talented players of his generation, raised his arm at the end of the coach’s lecture and asked in a naively mischievous way:
“Mr. Feola, have you arranged this with the Russians yet?”

As much as the Ukrainians have the sympathy of nations and still receive billions of Euros in military aid, the chance for peace will only be achieved if Mr. Putin so desires, and He doesn’t seem very interested in stopping his military adventure…
The Kremlin called the incident a “planned terrorist act” and said it reserved the right to respond when and how it sees fit, RIA news agency reported.
There’s also Hungary vs the Soviet Union in water polo, two years earlier.
Looks less than an “assasination attempt” and more like expressive vandalism to me.
What did someone think Putin was standing on the roof?
Everyone knows to find Putin on the Ritz.

My vote is that it’s a false flag op to justify or cover the cancellation of May 9 Victory Day celebrations, and possibly to justify open-season on Zelensky.
Edit: I note it’s a relatively harmless kaboom, happening in a very visible spot, well away from irreparable historical stuff, guaranteed to be on video from many angles, at a time of day unlikely to generate a lot of eye witnesses, in a location where debris is completely controlled. Mr. Putin has blown up entire apartment blocks as false flag operations, this is small potatoes.
To me, it seems most likely a staged attack intended to justify whatever crap russia attempts next.
Being that the kremlin was subject to this and that they claim putin was targeted, I would assume russia wants to justify attacking the president of Ukraine.
Why, though? They are already quite clearly intent on killing him, and have no had no qualms about targeting civilians so far. They cheerfully lied about all sorts of things to justify what they’re doing. Why would they need this, now?
