Their two kids definitely make cases like this harder, but it’s typically going to be a 5-4 majority if they vote along strict idealogical lines.

Obviously I’m being slightly hyperbolic. But all they need is 5/4. I hope as much as the next person that Roberts does the right thing, but he’s a mixed bag and really seems to be looking for excuses to tow the right wing line.
