President Donald Trump has extended his executive order banning US companies from using or buying telecoms equipment from Chinese manufacturers Huawei and ZTE for another year.
He also extended an exemption allowing American organizations to continue doing business with the two Chinese vendors, such as supplying parts and software, until April 1. That will be the fifth such extension, raising questions over whether it has proved to be the killer negotiating tactic in a US-China trade war that the president felt it would be.

At this point, it wouldn’t surprise me if McConnell nominated Trump to be chair of the Senate Intelligence Committee. It’s not like we’re following the Constitution anymore, anyway.

I expect she’s very busy learning to play guitar and creating another 14 million jobs. Jared’s at loose ends— he’s brokered a lasting peace between Israel and Palestine, solved the opioid crisis, and cured the corona virus. I’ll bet he’s just itching for a new Everest to conquer and keeping his father in law out of jail would be just the ticket. No way he wants to lose another daddy to the hoosegow.
It’s not the positive adjective her dad uses to describe her either.
