I don’t usually comment on appearance, for all the usual reasons, but that photo really made me stop and question what the heck is going on in that family. They don’t seem to have the slightest clue how misshapen they appear.
It reminds me of portraits of European royalty during the height of inbreeding. No matter how much the artist did (or in our time, the plastic surgeon), even the most charitable rendering shows how biologically unstable the supposed pinnacle-of-human-society really is.
