A round up of Trumpian events 🖕🍊🤡

The Orange Goblin actually kind of has a point here. If R’s really felt that passionate about ending the shutdown they have the power to “fix it”. So really, nobody’s actually “obstructing” anything.

In a roundabout kind of way Trump is just cementing how politically weak the Senate majority is right now (and as usual the D side is looking completely spineless here) but it’s not like his fanboys will notice that level of nuance.

#4364

and now Schumer says he’ll vote to open the government. Spineless indeed. They could have kept this up thru the State of the Union. Oh well…

More cans down the road…

#4365

A long legacy of D’s blinking. Fucking pathetic.

Any pride I felt in the D’s conviction to allow a shutdown and not give in to Trump’s demands was immediately dashed when Schumer said the stupid border wall was actually a bargaining chip.

#4366

And I’m still waiting for Dems to ask Trump what the hell happened to his promise to make Mexico pay for it. (Not that I think Mexico should, nor that the whole fucking idea should even exist in the first place.)

Poor snowflake

You monsters!

Remember that “Republican goodwill” Chris Coons was talking about earlier today?

Here’s what Sarah Sanders just said:

“We haven’t determined that. We are hopeful we don’t have to do that and we don’t have to get there,” Sanders responded. “We would like Democrats to get serious about solving problems.”

“Republican goodwill” apparently means Mafia-style threats.

#Shutdown to end, Senate votes to reopen government, #Dreamers in limbo

Didn’t take him that long to go full on Captain Planet villain

(Not saying China is 100% innocent in all of this, but this looks pretty suspect)

America is fucked. I include Canada and Mexico in this, due to how intertwined we’ve all become, thanks to NAFTA. The US is going to drag us all down.

Extrication may become possible, and the US is going to see its economy tank as banking regs disappear and foreign trade grinds to a halt, because no one except the rich will be able to afford “Made In The USA” and nothing else will be available as foreign companies either a) won’t trade or b) the tariffs will price that stuff out of reach, anyway.

This is not going to end well, at all.

A watchdog group filed a pair of complaints on Monday alleging that a $130,000 payment reportedly made to a pornographic film actress who claims to have had an affair with Donald Trump violated campaign finance laws.

In submissions to the Justice Department and the Federal Election Commission, Common Cause said the alleged payment to Stephanie Clifford — who uses the stage name Stormy Daniels — amounted to an in-kind donation to Trump’s presidential campaign that should have been publicly disclosed in its official reports.

JFC. Not only is he a worse president than Nixon, he’s also worse than the president Nixon from Futurama

And that shit sticks, too. No matter how in bad faith the GOP acts, the Dems always managed to get blamed for it and people just accept that. It’s insane to me. The Dems aren’t perfect, but pretty much shit like this is all down to the GOP…

“I’m smarter than you. More powerful than you. I have more guns than you. More manpower. Your cast is about to get gunned down in a matter of hours,” the man allegedly told a CNN operator, according to WGCL-TV. “I am coming to Georgia right now to go to the CNN headquarters to f—ing gun every single last one of you.”

Shortly after he was done telling CNN what he was going to do way ahead of time, this rocket scientist was outsmarted & outnumbered by the folks in the FBI who also happen to have alot more guns than he did.

#4381

If I had to guess, I’d say she’s the one doing the scorning.

#4382

(I swear to dog I have no idea how this got in here!)
