A friend of mine observed that the report would have itās own executive summary. Barrās four page summary is likely a summary of that. Which indicates the executive summary is at the very least 10 pages long, probably longer, which suggests a report of at lead 200 pages, probably well more. If the report were only 50 pages, the executive summary would be only 2-3 pages, and there would be little point in Barr writing his own summary.

Why āalleged?ā If she pleaded guilty, wouldnt that make her āconvictedā and not āalleged?ā And if it were still alleged (i.e.innocent until proven guilty), then why the sentencing?
