Meh, this tweet is a bit of post-hoc rationalisation, I think. This was close, far too close for comfort, when it should have been an absolute blowout. It’s going to be around 6 million votes difference. Biden will probably have slightly more EV’s than Trump did in 2016. Yes, we did shitty down ballot, but the Presidential election wasn’t NEARLY as close as folks think when all is said and done. It just feels that way because it took so fucking long for the mail in votes to be counted.
