O’Rourke stood up and held his own against the debate-club equivalent of herpes. I don’t know if a majority of Texans who can and will vote will vote for him, but I’m damn well going to.

Man, I do not remember Whataburger being this good. Cool thing is, he and I would have been going to the same locations in our late teens/early twenties. They must have been the good ones.

I was at the Washington County Fair in Brenham Texas this past weekend and saw Beto car stickers, shirts and lawn signs around houses near the fairgrounds. The fact that’s out in the open there speaks volumes.

Anecdote, make of it what you will:

I see Beto yard signs all over the place, and have for the last few months.

I hadn’t seen a Cruz sign at all until about a week ago. The only Cruz signs I’ve seen are the big ones that the campaigns stick up on fences. No yard signs, though.
