That’s a serious threat. One should assume that he could come back armed. I say, report him to the cops… but don’t expect them to show up wearing masks either.

Actually, I think he said something along the lines of, if you discriminate, you’re going to fuck your restaurant up. * But he said it after screaming “fuck you” multiple times and then coming back in to assault the older gentleman who was asking him to leave, so what he was saying at that particular point isn’t terribly important. He went beyond making threats.
*(Weird how no one considers “no shirt, no shoes, no service” to be “discrimination,” nor part of some slippery slope slide into fascism…)

I stand corrected.
Frankly, I’d welcome a lot more folks getting punched in the face for this kind of behavior. As a society, we really really need to close the Overton Window on what these people think is acceptable.
If history, their own words, and the rhetoric of their leaders is to be believed: they will return with guns once they think they have enough likeminded people behind them.
