Why are compilationists so reluctant to give credit for music? Never understood that, especially with such good choices as in this comp. Tracks from two soundtrack albums were used in this one: The Cinematic Orchestra’s soundtrack for Disneynature’s 2008 The Crimson Wing: Mystery Of The Flamingos, and M83’s soundtrack for the (underappreciated) 2013 Joseph Kosinski film Oblivion. Not only does the music suit the scenes here, but the track titles have a good fit, too: Arrival of the Birds, I’m Sending You Away, Transformation, and Fearful Odds.
