I’m not sure a million is nearly enough. These people went through sheer hell thanks to this asshole.
This is just for their lawyers, probably for their costs so far. The families should be getting far, far more.

I think that depends on what he can offer, though. Can he offer some more evidence of Trump’s direct involvement in Jan. 6th?

There’s zero chance that the feds will offer a deal in this case because
- It’s completely unrelated to the events of January 6
- This is a civil case being brought by the families in state courts, not by Federal prosecutors in Federal court. The feds would have no power here even if they wanted to interfere.
