Animated laughing sailors

Black sites might seem inquisitive, but I think they usually know what they want to hear.

For extra credit, set them up in a circle around an animatronic Pennywise that’s rigged up on a light sensor.

(I dunno, something about the laugh just made me think of the goofy-but-creepy library scene)

I’ve got just the guy for her.

I shot “him” at the Crystal Bridges Museum. If it weren’t for being cordoned off, you would assume it’s a real person. His watch usually keeps the correct time, but a docent told me it needs a new battery.

Sadly, that grandma doll is sold…

And wouldn’t it be creepy if his watch kept time, it was one of those self winding through movement kind?

I’m guessing there’s some sort of history to the laughing sailor concept, then. I kept thinking “why not clowns”?

It’s not really so much the sailor dolls that creep me out, but the maniacal laughter. With the audio turned down, it’s nothing.
