So “the state” wanted Tromp instead of Clinton? Then Biden instead of Tromp?
If so, why did “the state” find Tromp expendable? 
I can see the appeal of your statement, given how bought and paid federal pols mosty are (and how the purchasers include the conglomerates that own corporate media), but a bit of reflection renders it for me a might bit glib.
