Surely you can get by with a few core samples for your testing, no? Leave the poor guy a few neurons to rub together.
That would require someone to ADD neurons.

No argument there, and in a perfect world political decisions would be based on that kind of logic. But of course they aren’t and never have been.

I am reminded of the New Zealand capitulation to Europe over the Rainbow Warrior bombers. I don’t recall the UK standing up for NZ in any serious way on that occasion.
To be honest I don’t see how. Its really only Russia, Europe, the UK and China who can afford to upset the US. For the rest of us, any action we can take will hurt us more than it hurts them.
