Every female superhero because they are designed by men and men are gross.
Funny how, if you look closely, the stunt performers in the movies doing the action scenes for said superheroes are all wearing flats.

That’s less true these days, although many older designs still carry on with that. There’s often a bit of lampshading of this wherein new generation heros will scoff over their older mentor’s choice of foot gear. (“Why would anyone do this wearing heels?”)
