“A former actor, Beeks played Judas in a national tour of the musical “Jesus Christ Superstar” before his arrest.”
That’s a bit on the nose.

A lawyer for True the Vote in May 2023 wrote a letter to a state attorney saying that a complete response to the subpoenas would require the organization to identify people to whom it had promised confidentiality and that it could not do that. The lawyer wrote that True the Vote was withdrawing its complaints.
“Nevermind, we didn’t see nothing…”
Weak tea, my friends…
I doubt they will accept that answer. Fraudulent claims of voter fraud are themselves fraud. Confidentiality agreements don’t protect people from being identified for potential criminal activity.
These aren’t a journalist’s sources (and there are plenty of examples where journos have been compelled by a court to reveal a source, as wrong as that is). These are (supposedly) people who have reported a crime to a “watchdog” group instead of to the proper authorities.

Strange. Jurors don’t get to talk much, can’t wear political clothing or apparel. What could have it been about the jury pool that terrified the white male insurrectionist?
The depths of idiocy here. The guy was just hungry?
“Smith ate lunch. Republicans demand investigation, claim this proves political motivation.”
