Finally, the prosecutors are asking the judge to revoke bail in the Georgia RICO case.
Prosecutors said in Wednesday’s motion to revoke his bond that he had been posting on X, formerly known as Twitter, “in an effort to intimidate codefendants and witnesses, to communicate directly and indirectly with codefendants and witnesses, and to otherwise obstruct the administration of justice.” His actions amounted to “intentional and flagrant violations” of his bond conditions, prosecutors wrote.

Days after the stories were published last month, Mayor Brandon Johnson’s handpicked police Supt. Larry Snelling vowed to conduct a “stringent” new investigation into the officers.
The list also includes Officer Robert Bakker, a close associate of the Proud Boys, and Officer Kyle Mingari, who was photographed wearing a Three Percenters mask while on duty at a racial justice protest in 2020.

It’s so frustrating for the sovereign citizens. They know the right combination of words that ought to make a judge admit that he’s actually an admiral operating under 17th century British maritime law (which only applies to corporations, who are defined as people who own licenses to navigate land boats) but so often they encounter a judge who does not know this. So what are they to do?

I hope you are wrong. If not, it will be a situation similar to what happened in Sarajevo and the rest of the former Yugoslavia. From one day to the next, neighbors, co-workers and acquaintances started hunting each other and killing anyone who was different.
