Note the handwritten star “Dnoces”, in the upper part of Ursa major. This is one of three stars that the Apollo 1 astronauts had playfully inserted into the official NASA star charts - Navi, Dnoces, and Regor (spell them backwards for Grissom and Chaffee’s first names, and Ed White II’s.) I can’t remember where the other two stars are, but I remember seeing them on official NASA charts displayed at the Smithsonian. Nice to see that they were still being used up to Apollo 11.
