I’m impressed that it took an autopsy to bring this man’s condition to the attention of the medical community; that implies that the man who set the world record for most penises was somehow able to refrain from bragging about it.
ETA: More seriously, it implies he never had an opportunity to see a urologist.

The article states that the other 2 penises were internal, so he (and perhaps even his doctors, if he never had the need for urologic procedures or internal scans) might never have known he had them. Women can have 2 uteruses or vaginas with no external differences or symptoms. I am not a doctor but I wonder if this could be a similar phenomenon?
