Pretty much what I was going to say. Trump isn’t a political animal. He’s a narcissist who walked into the GOP tent at just the right time to burn it down and make them rebuild it around him. He instinctively recognized that Republican voters aren’t interested in substance and don’t really trust politicians, even those who try to pander to them. Trump is a showman, and he knew they’d vote for him over them if he put on a good enough show.
But some of the GOP establishment were savvy enough to notice that his principles were all for sale, most likely because they’re used to working for plutocrats who are satisfied pulling their strings from behind the curtain. Having one demand to sit on the throne required different tactics, but they’ve surrounded him with handlers to try and make the most use of him while they control Congress and the White House. None of them wanted him there, but after the primary upset, they knew they were stuck with him if they were going to stick the landing on their plan to deregulate everything in sight.
What they can’t control is his impulsiveness. Mr. Giannopoulos, a special-education teacher, had enough experience with ADHD kids to manage Trump.
But he probably thinks of himself as an aristo (crat) and we already know he does not like bureaux - especially federal ones (well, at least one bureau).[/quote]
To Trump, bureaucrats are useless pen-pushers who enforce the wasteful regulations that get in the way of Making American Great Again.
Two things seem to define Trump’s presidency: doing the opposite of anything Obama did, and making sure that every position Trump takes now was at some point contradicted, on-the-record, by Trump in the recent past.
Can’t we just agree that Trump has always simultaneously held every view possible on every political subject? (Along with some we might deem impossible)
Oh wow, 40 comments and not even one of you guys noticed the blatant body language from the donald, moving away from the teacher.
Or maybe its just that I´m to used to align stuff for a living
