Hull Repairs - Maintenance is the key to survival.

Hull Density Adjustment - Increases MAX HP.
- $500/HP

Blue Algae - This smelly glop is high in protein and will be sold at a markup of 10% when your turn ends. No partial barrels.
*- $100/Barrel

  • 10% Chance your cargo deck will be left smelling like fish gunk. $100 to have it cleaned.*

Sand Fish - These little guys are delicious… unless they hatch a tangle of muck worms. They do sell at a 50% markup when they’re edible!
*- $50/Fish

  • 20% Chance of worms infecting the whole lot. Worthless mush.*

Horseshoe (+1 LK) - A little good luck never hurts, unless you’re nailing it into your foot.

Encryption Upgrade (+4 ST) - Gah! Government spies! Time to replace those buggered encryption systems. The software is open source but the guy who installs it charges more than a plumber.

High Power Laser Array (+4 FP) - Pew.pew.pew… pew.
- $6500 - Limit 2 per customer

Deflecto Coating (+2 SH) - The deflecto coating will protect against dings and scratches from those pesky asteroids.

Night Courses (+3 EN) - A good captain knows every bolt in their ship. These courses come loaded on a delicious vanilla wafer for biological life forms and androids can download it directly.

A few bounty hunting opportunities for those with teeth and the blockade is looking thin, let's move some product!

Mission 1 - Flapjack Bill

We need someone to bring down Flapjack Bill. He's getting too big for his britches and Don Mondo has put a hit out. I wouldn't recommend going it alone. The reward will be split by those who take the mission and your stats will stack against him.

Mission Cost: $2000/ship (Fuel, Food, Supplies, Ammo… so much ammo)
Reward: $60,000, +6 GRIT, Salvage Rights
Risks: Severe Damage, Destruction, Death and Pain… or overcrowding.

Mission 3 - Sourdough Cakes

The artisan miners need some dynamite cakes so they can do their retro-mining thing. I don't know why these guys are so opposed to modern technology. I guess they don't like having thumbs.

Mission Cost: $200 (Fuel, Food and Supplies)
Reward: $10,000, +1 GRIT
Risks: Big BadaBoom, Asteroids
(40-LK)% - Big BadaBoom, lose HP (40-65 HP Based on SH)
50% - Asteroids, lose HP (10-50 based on SH & EN)

Mission 4 - Break the Line

Don Mondo still needs cannon fodder. Your costs are covered but expect to take some lumps for breaking the government blockade.

Mission Cost: $0 - All supply fees courtesy of Don Mondo
Reward: $8,000, +1 GRIT, +1 GRIT if you take over 50% of your MAX HP
Risks: Blockade Lasers, Government Capture
100% - Blockade Lasers, lose HP (0-90 HP Based on EN & SH)
5% - Government Capture, you still get rewarded but lose any unregistered weapons (-4 FP)

Mission 5 - Hack the Planet

One of those arrogant hive-mind collectives is zipping around the galaxy slurping up resources and assimilating Space Lizards. Don Mondo needs someone to sneak in and plant a virus. This is an **android only mission**... preferably an Android infected with some colorful cyberdisease.

Mission Cost: $2500 (Fuel and Special Supplies)
Reward: $20,000, +2 GRIT
Risks: Assimilation, Cybersquids, Nanobots
5% - Assimilation, it’s way worse than getting a song stuck in your head. (-8 EN)
(60-2ST)% - Cybersquids, lose HP (20-80 Based on EN & SH)
(60-2EN)% - Nanobots, lose EN (-4 EN)
Androids Only

Sit out a round if the missions don't suit you -1 GRIT

The TARD-iss:
Dammit, they shot up our collection of Venusian Malt. (You know, the best distilleries are those perpetual floating factories with one dip tube in the clouds and the other out in space.)
Spend $5k on repairs for 50HP, and $3400 on night classes for Captain Underpants.
Since we got swiss cheesed in the last mission, we are going to do Mission 2, the aptly named Wholesome Whole Grain Wheat operation, and hopefully score some bags of the stuff so we can make our own brew from scratch. Where is the liquor store? The crew and passengers are getting tired of vintage Bartles & Jaymes comet coolers. We need some of the hard stuff, STAT. As always, the GM is welcome to pony up to the Star Bar and have a $1 well drink, because, well, that’s all we have left at this point.

I swear to the heavens if nobody helps on this mission that I’ll just run straight for his windscreen with all guns on full.
Hull repairs = $6200 (will I even get these repairs done quick enough to get in the fight?)
Horseshoe = $2000 (one for each foot, sir)
Fish = $500 (this breaks the bank, but if I’m going to be a grease spot on Flapjack Bill’s hull, I plan to stink up the place)

Whiskey: $??? As much as we can afford. No way we’re going into this one sober. I passed the hat around to the crew for donations.
