Some years back a drum of medical waste fell off the back of a truck in my city. The people who normal clean up oil spills and McDonalds packaging remarked at the time you wouldn’t believe what was out on that road.
So, maybe there wasn’t a crime here. Maybe these parts were to be used in medical research.
