It’s amazing to think everything there has been untouched forever. When Lincoln gave the Gettysburg Address, those rocks were in the same place. When Jesus shared his last meal with his apostles, those rocks were in the same place. When dinosaurs roamed the earth, those rocks were in the same place.

Most of our moon is the same way. I look at pics of the moon and think the same thing, although its monochrome countenance is less visually appealing than rusty Rock 4.

I can’t wait for them to start picking out notable rock, outcropping, etc. features and giving them interesting names!
