Can we please add tidbits from their browsing history to the billboards? If I recall correctly, somebody was crowdsourcing to purchase the browser history of all the lawmakers who voted for this monstrosity. Seems like the two efforts should merge.

I get that the current model is to sell that sort of targeting, but is there actually anything to prevent and ISP from selling the activity associated with an IP address?
