For the record, here in Germany we haven’t had “aristocrats” for a little more than a century now. As far as we’re concerned the guy is a guy with a funny last name (and first name, too – what in the world were Mr and Mrs von Maltzahn thinking??).

While we hope he will make a speedy and lasting recovery, I think it is safe to assume that Boris Johnson’s experience of the NHS will not be completely identical to Joe Bloggs’ experience of the NHS.
