That seems unlikely to me. Latex gloves are made by dipping hand shaped formers into a bath of liquid latex, or latex alternatives in the case of non-latex gloves. There is nothing inherently sterile about the process. Surgical gloves are sterilized after packaging, a step these gloves have not gone through.
