Yeah, I read the whole statements somewhere, and wasn’t it in the context of saying that the administration wasn’t going to get any less incompetent? It wasn’t just a disparagement of Trump, but the entire administration. Although “disparagement” is the wrong word, given that it was both completely factually accurate and a rather mild assessment.
