It’s safe to assume it doesn’t. Glossy pages never make good rolling paper. The smoke from the gloss and the ink is particularly harmful. Just use regular rolling papers!

I am not a woman, and I don’t like cannabis, but that’s one pretty magazine.
The gloss is from a fine kaolinite clay rubbed into the surface. It won’t hurt you, but the paper is almost impossible to burn. But the ink is still nasty.
