Reminds me a of a friend who grew up on a sheep farm. As a kid, she ended up with a pet lamb (a few each year get rejected by their mothers and need hand rearing), and her dad decided that the best way to stop his daughter ‘going soft’ was to take the lamb to slaughter when she was at school, and then feed it to her, and only afterwards tell her what had happened to her pet.
My friend still doesn’t eat lamb.
I still think it’s important for people to understand that any meat they eat used to be a living, breathing animal, but you don’t have to kill their pets to make that point.

Why are the circumstances involved or people involved that are made to suffer, your choice to dispose of…do you think you are a god, is it because it wasn’t someone or people or animal that you love???
