Been in this country for 40+ years (since birth). I should have known that but did not. You normally donât hear about âbotchedâ sentencing and itâs sad thereâs no recourse.
Age - old enough to know not to put his dick in someone who hasnât said that she wants him to.
âMentally fubarâ - there are some who would say that this is a prerequisite to do this in the first place. However, he was together enough to be at college. Unless youâre pleading affluenza?

And again no. There may be less culpability attached to someone whose drink has been spiked. There is not with someone who chose to get intoxicated. Especially when their subsequent behaviour suggests that their state of intoxication did not lead them to do anything that they would not have done sober.
