When The Simpsons first exploded on the scene in the early 90’s there were too many bootleg Simpsons shirts to keep track of, in fact the show’s writers even took a dig at the phenomenon in the Halloween “Monkey’s Paw” episode.
I remember seeing this one:
And just now, googling for an image of it, I see it has been “updated” with a Simpsons-esqe Kim Kardashian:
There have been quite a few bad football shirts made over the years. I don’t think any of them are as bad as a lot of the ones already mentioned here (Maybe the Fiorentina swastika shirt is an exception) but they are worth a mention.

Ironically, I’ve seen the actual manual for a SADM and there were no LEDs. And the mechanical timer was known to not be particularly accurate.
