This is not 100% correct, it is your house in particular it is @beschizza can make the rules and change the definition for regular if he sees fit.

That shot from Ghost in the Shell always bugged me. Obviously, the guy with the hand mod also has a cyberbrain because normal human brains can’t handle controlling 30 fingers simultaneously.
But… If he already has a cyberbrain, why the hell would he need the hand mod for anyway? He could just plug into the computer and communicate with the PC directly…
