Holy shit!! After all the blowback from the Tuskegee Experiment, that any organization would knowingly fund something like this is unfathomable. Even if âpoor brown people are still peopleâ wasnât enough of an argument, âthe consequences when this goes public, and it will, will be devastatingâ should have been.
