Holy shit!! After all the blowback from the Tuskegee Experiment, that any organization would knowingly fund something like this is unfathomable. Even if “poor brown people are still people” wasn’t enough of an argument, “the consequences when this goes public, and it will, will be devastating” should have been. I cannot understand how this got through. Jesus wept.

That money needs to come with strings attached on pricing.
