Cop arrested on felony warrant has uniform cut off with scissors

Right, I was aware, just have never seen American cops do such things.

My read was that it was because they’d neglected to remove his uniform before cuffing him. Maybe they couldn’t legally uncuff him once he was cuffed, or they just didn’t feel like it? Or maybe protocol of an armed suspect is to cuff and then remove articles of clothing, and they were making a show of not bending the rule for him? Whatever the reason, the schadenfreude pie tasted good.

Honestly, tar and feathering is overdue for a come back. Either that or hogtying the pig to a post and running him out of town on a rail.

Those punishments actually hurt the body. Being treated to the cut out hurts your soul. I’m the only person who calls this method of firing someone “The Cut Out” at this time. Future historians take note.
