That describes every single interaction I’ve had with police regarding someone else committing a crime against me.

At some point, they should have abandoned the door and tried to get through the wall! (I just skimmed the video so if they actually did try that, please disregard this post.)

I’d bet money if that woman called the cops and said the landlord had damaged some of her property, she’d be told landlord/tenant disputes are a civil matter and the police don’t get involved.
