It’s still taking a lot of resources, time, and money to neutralize RickD(and his ilk), which seems to be the other third of this tactic.
- Indicate fascist leanings
- Get lots of press and/or donations
- Waste .gov and everyone’s resources

Ron DeSantis is famous for vowing to violate the US Constitution to further his political interests.
He knew when he signed the executive order that the ban would be overturned. He’s was just trying to out trump Trump while still defending th great orange one.
