I think fun and lighthearted pranks are great, and this I think generally fits the bill with one exception.

Middle school + bus. Middle school is horrible. School bus experience is horrible. (of course someone will pop up saying ‘but I had a great time in middle school’ ‘my bus rides were fun!’)

Combining them together and having your dad and his band serenade you? That’s a supervillain origin story right there.

You see the kid fending off the hug, and I mean, of course he does. He’s an embarrassed boy in middle school.

But years from now, that ridiculous memory, and knowing how much his dad loved him: priceless.
