named after King Tut in reference to the stereotypical poses found in ancient Egyptian art, the late Shabba Doo (Breakin’ s Ozone) was a pioneer.
you can see him do it a little here when he was able to return to Soul Train after being fired, in the white costume. very nice, succinct doc on his dancing.
