Do other dogs sleep like this one does?

We had a V tiny kitty named Myrna Loy whose head essentially split in half while making the really big yawns. It was rather terrifying, even though she probably only weighed 5lbs.

ETA: Meant to say Savs are big 'n sexy. Also explains the highly skilled and extravagant tailor. XD

I think it shows they are completely relaxed and trusting of their environment and people.
Might even be in imitation of how we sleep.
