Oh, much bummer. Lingonberries are nice too. I buy it to go with Ikea meatballs, but always find the jar empty after a few days because my kids eat it for breakfast.
Icing sugar is put in peanut butter to make it smooth and (I believe) help bind the oil to the peanut solids, not for the taste. It’s a horrible thing to do to peanuts.
