that rapidly turned into a Sigur Ros tune
Dan Deacon gave Call Me Maybe a similar treatment:

This is some Steve Reich shit
Shades of the old Faberge Shampoo commercial,
"and they told two friends, and they told two friends…"
Ninja’d! That was the very first thing I thought of.
I get the live version of this every morning from my neighbor’s yappy rat dog barking at the back fence.
So, based on the rules of Homeopathy, that’s the most potent dog bark in the world
I suspect my dog has barked about 400 billion times. Here’s a conversation we have on a daily basis:
DOG: bark bark bark bark bark! bark bark! bark bark bark!
ME: Dog! Shut up!
DOG: bark bark bark bark bark bark bark bark! bark! bark! bark bark bark!
ME: Fine. What are you barking at? Oh, you’ve once again discovered the existence of the dog who lives next door. Congratulations.
DOG: Oh, this is great. I warn you about a strange dog trying to move in on our turf and suddenly I’m the asshole.
I thought from the title someone had hacked a Raspberry Pi or similar and attached it to their dog’s collar for one day and actually counted his barks. His unending, never ceasing, even at 3 goddamn AM barks. I also thought it was about my neighbor.
Bad dog!
We have a local rooster that goes off in repetition starting @ 4 AM, the things I’d like to do to that rooster…
Psychedelic! #dogsynthesizers
I used to get it from a neighbors great dane fucking every goddam day. We were prepping to move when for whatever reason the neighbor moved first.
This is fantastic!
I like the part where it doesn’t sound like a dog.
The number in the title is the amount of barks in the last step. The number of barks in the entire video is 388,340,612,661.
A. In the single-frame clip, Gabe sneezes, then barks 3 times.
B. According to the video description, each step is 3 × 3 copies of the previous step, except the last step is 6 × 6 copies of the previous step.
barks in step 00: 3
barks in step 01: barks in previous step × 3 × 3 = 27
barks in step 02: barks in previous step × 3 × 3 = 243
barks in step 03: barks in previous step × 3 × 3 = 2,187
barks in step 04: barks in previous step × 3 × 3 = 19,683
barks in step 05: barks in previous step × 3 × 3 = 177,147
barks in step 06: barks in previous step × 3 × 3 = 1,594,323
barks in step 07: barks in previous step × 3 × 3 = 14,348,907
barks in step 08: barks in previous step × 3 × 3 = 129,140,163
barks in step 09: barks in previous step × 3 × 3 = 1,162,261,467
barks in step 10: barks in previous step × 3 × 3 = 10,460,353,203
barks in step 11: barks in previous step × 6 × 6 = 376,572,715,308
barks in all steps: 388,340,612,661
Lucky you. Our neighborhood roosters don’t have a starting time, they’re crowing all the damn time, day and night.
