That by itself is a lot of reasonable doubt, and beyond that there is a lot of case law about “true threats” that means common sense may not apply
Maybe he thinks that he’s being clever, and will have his dollarstore lawyers ask the judge to recluse himself because he’s now biased against Trump due to these implied threats?

People have faced criminal charges over less. My bet is that for Teflon Don there will be no consequences in his lifetime. It goes to show that not everybody is equal under the law. If you are white, rich, famous and a high profile politician, you can get away with murder.
