How are we to know it was only a single, tightly and specifically worded search warrant? Could be child-rape related, could be tax-dodging related, could be mob-contracting related, could be Jan. 6 related…or multiple reasons because this treasonous pustule has been conducting criminal activity for decades

I’ve seen fights over if a search warrant was too broad, or if the evidence was incidental, go to the Supreme Court, but then Scientology probably has much better lawyers than Trump, because they pay very well, and on time.

It’s a little more complicated than that.
Anything they come across while legitimately executing the warrant, or related to it. They can probably use.
So if the warrant says they’re looking for a safe full of documents and there’s also a severed head in the safe. It doesn’t mean they have to disregard the severed head.
It means they can’t go looking for drugs in the fish tank.
There’s also ways to amend the warrant as you go, or get stuff admitted to court later.
It’s not a fishing expedition. But that doesn’t mean they have to put things back or ignore obvious evidence related to other matters.
