Walking is pretty much made up of falling and recovering. I suppose flying is much the same.
I think the word you are looking for is flailing.
The wings are way too stiff and look to be controlled by a single motor. Real birdsTM bend their wings in both directions to control flight and adjust each independently. They’re a long, long way from controled flight these corpse-drones
