I have gotten bad coffee at Dunkins once in a while too. But then I’ve gotten bad coffee at Starbucks and my local small coffee shop too on occasion. It usually happens with iced coffee-- it’s like they treat that particular drink with no respect; “iced” coffee is an afterthought, it’s the leftover brew, often burned.
