This goes back to what we keep saying. There is no moral hazard in keeping T**** off the ballot because of his insurrection. If state GOPs can try to keep Biden off for bullshit, they will. They don’t need precedent. They will just do whatever evil shit they can get away with.

Unfortunately, for him, Michigan’s current Secretary of State is a very serious person. I sincerely hope she strikes him from the November ballot and then none of us, particularly folks in the mid-lower peninsula, need be bothered by this slime ball ever again.

I saw a Beau video last night about this topic. From what I remember about his take, Ohio was the bigger issue. Biden has no chance of winning Alabama anyway, so Biden being off the ballot may help dems in down ballot races as some republicans stay home and anyone mad about the situation comes out to vote
