She’s a scumbucket who didn’t get half the kicking around she deserved, but Rule 33 - that you have up to three years to seek a new trial on the discovery of new evidence - is, if anything, too tight. Is this a weak-ass argument? Yeah, and it will go nowhere, but that’s what Rule 33 is for.

No problem with her appealing. It’s her right. The story is about the straw-grasping arguments that only a wealthy white person gets to avail themselves of while others go right to jail, not passing Go and definitely not collecting $200.
