And Impeach Trump’s appointments. Kavanaugh for lying to the Senate, remove Gorsuch for McConnel’s unprecedented refusal to hold confirmation hearings for Obama’s nomination.
If we get rid of those two we’ll only need to add two more.

I don’t think Gorsuch can be impeached for that. What one could do, if one were so inclined, would be to approach him discretely with an offer for him to retire, in exchange for not putting five 30-year-old socialists on the court. Who sit next to him. Texting each other during session. Or Tik Tok or whatever.

I wasn’t thinking impeachment, but I actually realize there is not any useful leverage points on him –– unless we can pass a law immediately saying all of a presidents judicial appointments will be null if they are convicted for crimes conducted during their presidency - then we could clean house on all the judges that McConnel shat through.
I don’t think there would be any chance Gorsuch or any of the other older justices would retire with any urging. But sacking one or two of them would reduce the number of new justices needed.
Job one is finding Kavanaughs friend who was in the room when he assaulted in high school, the guy who conveniently disappeared until the confirmation was over, and the FBI could not even find.
